Booked room with a whole floor covered in dead flies, hot as hell and every half hour the church reminds you of itself calling full and half hours.

Wanted to book a room. They were offered on the phone, then I didn't hear anything for over a week. They wanted to get back to me, nothing came. Then a rejection with a flimsy reason! Unprofessional.
